Terms & House Rules
Clear, transparent policies for direct villa reservations and stays at Casaalmar properties.
1. Direct Reservation & Payment Policy
Direct reservations made through casaalmar.eu benefit from our 5% Direct Booking Discount and zero intermediary service fees.
- Deposit: A 30% advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation dates.
- Balance: The remaining 70% balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- Security Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit (typically €500 - €1,000 depending on the villa) is pre-authorized 24 hours before check-in and released within 7 days after inspection.
2. Check-in & Check-out Schedule
Standard Check-in: From 16:00 (4:00 PM) onwards
Standard Check-out: By 10:00 (10:00 AM)
Self Check-in: Keyless smart lockbox access is provided after mandatory police traveler registration is completed online.
3. House Rules & Community Respect
- No Parties or Events: Unregistered commercial gatherings or disruptive parties are strictly prohibited under local municipal bylaws.
- Quiet Hours: Respect neighbor tranquility between 23:00 and 08:00.
- Occupancy Limits: The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum stated capacity on the booking confirmation.
- Smoking: 100% smoke-free interiors. Smoking is strictly limited to exterior terraces.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date receive a full 100% refund.
- 50% Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
- Non-refundable: Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
